LDTSL is the license given to the telecom operators by the Telecommunication Institution for allowing them to be able to provide intercity and/or international telephone service. A company without a LDTSL could not provide telecom service that allows intercity and/or international calls being made.

It is a line or a combination of lines that a telecom operator established in order to convey the telecommunication service it provides to different regions.

Carrier operators could be described as the wholesalers of the telecom sector. Operators operating as a carrier in the telecom market let their customers to which they provide service use the high quantity (millions for the most of the time) of calling minutes that they purchase from other carriers in bulk. How Do I Find Out If The Calling Card Or Call Shop Service That I Have Purchased Is Given By Millenicom Turkey ?
There are Millenicom Turkey logos on the back side of all of the calling cards using the Millenicom Turkey infrastructure and at a visible point of the call shops. Alocard, Alo World and Kontak Kart are the calling cards that use the Millenicom Turkey infrastructure. Trendikom’s call shops also use Millenicom Turkey’s infrastructure.
